At 14 pm on March 21, 2019, the delegation of Beijing Fangshan entrepreneurs accompanied by the Silk Road Business School (SRBS), visited Issy-les-Moulineaux, the French smart town.
Mr. Alain LEVY, Vice Mayor of International Relations, Ms. Marie-Louide, President of Essone University, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. After a profound presentation of the town, Deputy Mayor Alain LEVY introduced France’s advanced experience and concepts in smart city construction.
