On September 13, 2019, “Resource-Based Region Transformation and Upgrading” Research Group of Chinese Academy of Engineering and China International Engineering Consulting Corporation ，accompanied by the Silk Road Business School, visited Duisburg, Germany. The team first visited Du Port of Duisburg, Ms. Manuela Sass, the person in charge of Duisburg received the research team. Next, after visiting Duisburg City Hall, the team came to Duisburg Economic Development and Promotion Bureau and conducted Environmental technology-themed policy research. Finally, under the leadership of Dr. Thomas Sterr, the research team inspected the North Landscape Park (Landschaftspark)，the representative industrial transformation project.
