On October 18, 2019, accompanied by the Silk Road Business School, the delegation of Department of Energy Reserves, National food and strategic reserves administration visited Mines ParisTech (Ecole des Mines de Paris) Professor Olivier APPERT presented the historical cause of French energy strategic reserves, legal basis, use cases, special circumstances of natural gas reserves, the policy assessment and management of French energy reserves.
