On October 28, 2020, a delegation from the Anti-Smuggling Bureau of the General Administration of Customs of China, accompanied by the Silk Road Business School, came to France’s most prestigious Sino-French law firm, DS Avocats. The conference on the theme of “enhancing the enforcement capacity of illegal trade in ozone layer substances” was held. Mr. Arnaud FENDLER, Customs Specialist of DS Avocats, Ms. Safine HADRI, Specialist of Environment, and Laurence Ren and Ms. Yang Rong, Heads of China Affairs, received the delegation. They first extended a warm welcome to everyone and then introduced the basic situation of DS avocat. Afterward, lectures were given on relevant international climate bills.
