On October 18, 2019, accompanied by the Dutch Silk Road Business School, a delegation from the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and participated the training program in the Dutch social welfare, housing and pension security system. Mr. Robert Schaap, a Dutch expert on social welfare housing and pension policy and a consultant from Delft think tank, analyzed the advantages and problems of the Dutch welfare system in an in-depth and comprehensive way.
