On October 29, 2019, the research group for “Coordinated Development for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and government innovation” by Department of Regional Economy, NDRC （National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China） came to Arte Charpentier, under the organization of Silk Road Business School. Mr. Pierre Chemément, the president of Arte Charpentier, welcomed everyone. He extended a warm welcome to everyone and led everyone to visit the main part of Arte Charpentier.
There was also a symposium on the same day. At the meeting, Mr. Pierre Chemément introduced the situation of Arte Charpentier, the urban planning system in France and showed related projects. The two sides entered an in-depth exchange on urban planning and architectural related concepts.
